By using briskwalnutstudio.com you agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest revision, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
2. Who we are

3. What the site provides
We publish free-to-read articles and illustrations. We do not sell products, services, courses or memberships through this site, we do not take payments, and we do not operate user accounts. The newsletter form is not currently connected to a mailing list, and the contact form only opens your own email app.
4. Acceptable use
You may read, print and share our pages for personal and educational use. You may not:
- republish substantial parts of our text or graphics without written permission;
- scrape, mirror or bulk-download the site without written permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its host or related systems;
- interfere with the site’s operation, for example through automated request floods;
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass, defraud or impersonate anyone;
- remove or obscure copyright or credit notices.
Short quotations with a visible link to the source page are welcome.
5. Intellectual property
Article text, diagrams, the logo and the design of this site belong to the operator or are used under licence. Photographs are used under the Pexels Licence, and their sources are recorded in the page source. Icons are based on open-source icon sets used under their permissive licences. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6. No professional advice
Our content is general information about recording practice. It is not professional technical, medical, legal or financial advice. Please read our Disclaimer, including the note on safe headphone listening.
7. Third-party services and links
The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, and some pages may link to external sites. We do not control those services or sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. A link is not an endorsement.
8. No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country give you rights that cannot be excluded. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
