Hearing safety
Monitoring on headphones is part of recording, but prolonged listening at high volume can damage hearing. Keep headphone volume at a comfortable, moderate level, turn the volume down before connecting headphones, and take regular breaks. If you experience ringing, muffled hearing or discomfort, stop listening and consult a qualified health professional.
Equipment and electrical safety
Use equipment as its manufacturer intends. Route cables so nobody trips over them, do not overload power outlets, and keep liquids away from electronics. Nothing on this site is a safety qualification or a risk assessment.
