What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to change or delete it.
LAST UPDATED · 8 OCTOBER 2026
This policy explains how Brisk Walnut Studio, operated by Graphitti Sign & Graphic Studio, 118 N Walnut St, Murfreesboro, TN 37130, United States (“we”, “us”), handles personal information when you visit briskwalnutstudio.com. We are an editorial publisher. We do not sell personal information, we do not run advertising on this site, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
What we collect

|---|---|---|---|

| Emails you send us | Your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message | Replying to you and correcting articles | Up to 24 months, then deleted |
Cookies and browser storage
This site does not set any cookies of its own and does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Our scripts do not write anything to your browser’s local storage or session storage. Because there is nothing optional to consent to, we do not show a cookie banner. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first and will explain what is set and why.
Google Fonts and other third-party requests
The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, a service provided by Google. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google’s servers, which means Google receives your IP address and standard browser information as part of that request. We do not control how Google processes this data; please see Google’s own privacy policy for details. You can block these requests in your browser and the site will still work using fallback fonts.
Apart from Google Fonts, pages do not load third-party scripts, embeds, advertising or social media widgets.
Legal bases
- Legitimate interests — operating a secure website and answering messages you send us.
- Consent — would apply to a newsletter if one is connected in future. Nothing is collected through the form today.
- Legal obligation — keeping limited records where the law requires it.
Who processes data for us
Our web host processes server logs on our behalf to deliver the site. We do not use an analytics provider or an email marketing provider. If we connect a mailing list in future, the provider will be named here before the form starts collecting addresses.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent. California residents may also request information about the categories of data collected; we do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
To make a request, email hello@briskwalnutstudio.com or call +1-615-656-8420. We will respond within the period required by applicable law, may ask for information to confirm your identity, and will not charge you for a reasonable request. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we keep the personal data we hold to a minimum. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
